Delete it yourself
Sign in at fastmoved.com/signin, open Settings from the account menu, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, conversations, attachments, private files, Clerk identity, usage history, and remaining credits.
Delete without signing in
Email hello@fastmoved.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm receipt and erase your data within 30 days.
What we keep
Financial audit entries (payment records) may be retained where the law requires. Backups expire on their normal cycle.
Account access
You can also revoke FastMoved's access from your identity provider (for example Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking stops future sign-ins but does not delete data already stored — use the steps above for that.
